At Fawanya, we carefully inspect every order before shipping. We currently do not offer refunds or returns, but exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide instructions for the exchange.
