Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging where possible, and in resaleable condition. We do not accept returns on certain items (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive products); such exceptions will be noted on the product page.

2. How to request a return

Contact us at the email address in the footer with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label or return address. Do not send items back without our confirmation.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item). For exchanges, we will send the replacement once the return is received.

4. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping where appropriate.
